Application for New Membership

 

Use this form to apply for new membership (or to renew) with the Association of Municipal Administrators of Prince Edward Island (AMA-PEI)

Please complete all sections clearly and submit the form by email to smoase@northrustico.com with your name followed by “AMA Membership Application” in the subject line.

Payment should be submitted by cheque (as indicated on the membership form).
